About the role

Instawork is seeking a Part-Time Robotics Project Lead to support robotics field operations in our downtown Dallas office. This role is ideal for someone who is tech savvy, detail oriented, and enjoys working directly with people. You will help train professionals, support day-to-day operations, and serve as a reliable on-the-ground resource for robotics-related work.

Responsibilities

  • Train professionals on robotics-related workflows and processes
  • Support day-to-day field operations and project execution
  • Help troubleshoot operational issues as they come up
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and onsite stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Open to students or recent graduates, especially those looking for hands-on experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable learning new tools and working with technical systems
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Interest in robotics, operations, or technology
